Equality NGO Promoted the Manual to Support Professionals Working with Young People with Disabilities

From 01 to 05 December, the third and final international camp was held in Kielce, Poland, as part of the project "I, YOU, WE, THEY CAN", which aimed to explore successful inclusive practices in order to improve the skills of professionals from the education, social and health sectors in Macedonia, Spain and Poland. The project is part of the Erasmus+ KA2 programme in the field of youth, co-financed by the EU and supported by the National Agency for European Educational Programmes and Mobility.

From September 15 to 19, the second of three transnational camps was held in Alzira, Spain, as part of the project "I, YOU, WE, THEY CAN", which aimed to explore positive inclusive practices for improving the skills of professionals from the educational, social and health sectors from Macedonia, Spain and Poland.
