This working camp is part of international KA210-YOU project “I, YOU, WE, THY CAN” implemented in partnership by Equality NGO (MKD), Stowarzyszenie Rozprawy o Europie (PL) and Ayuntamiento de Alzira (ESP). IYWTC project introduces innovative & inclusive practices and methodologies in approaching, communicating, assisting and working of social, medical and education professionals with young people with variable disabilities, even in circumstances of underdeveloped infrastructure, in all three partner countries– N.Macedonia, Poland, Spain. The focus is on equipping professionals with effective inclusive tools and approaches for communicating, assisting and working with youth with diverse disabilities. Central to this effort is the co-creation of the ‘Manual for Facilitation of Social, Medical, and Education Professionals in Working with Young People with Disabilities’, drawing directly from real-life experiences and collaborative learning.

All participants will participate in interactive study visits to local organizations that support and assist people with disabilities, exchange positive practices and gain new perspectives through dialogue with local professionals, people with disabilities and people involved in the decision-making process, as well as immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of inFusion – 4th Inclusion Festival in Skopje (MKD), which celebrates diversity through cultural events, performances, artistic and musical activities.
