The Equality Association, in collaboration with Theater for You, created an inclusive children's drama group, which will give children with various disabilities the opportunity to develop their talents and abilities, as well as to become acquainted with acting as an art and, through joint work with their peers, to become the new stars of the drama stage.
Theater for you through play, creativity and humor encourage the development of imagination, social skills and cultural habits in the youngest. By including various props, scenery and costumes, they strive to create an unforgettable and fun atmosphere not only for the children, but also for their families and the wider community.
The inclusive children’s drama group is open and accessible to children with any disability from 6 to 12 years old. Classes will take place every Monday, at the premises of the Equality Association in Aerodrom, starting from September 15th.
With the support of educators and actors from Theatre for You and their many years of experience, children will have the opportunity to take classes in acting, stage movement, dance and stage speaking, as well as learn to overcome stage fright and further develop their self-confidence. As part of the classes, they will also be able to educate themselves on various social topics through educational workshops supported by the Equality Association.
Registration for the children’s drama group is already open, and registration is possible directly by email at teatarzatebe11@gmail.com or by phone at 075 262 903, no later than September 10th.
This group represents a wonderful opportunity for the youngest to advance their unique abilities, create true friendships, and create a magical theatrical story together.
