Analysis ‘Increasing the Attractiveness of the Labor Market through Professions Without Borders’

The research aims to identify the challenges and stereotypes faced by young people, including those with disabilities, when entering the labor market, as well as to support the services and organizations responsible for employment and employee motivation to respond to these needs appropriately.

📈 In the labor market in North Macedonia, we are currently facing challenges such as a wave of emigration and brain drain among young people, a shortage of qualified labor in various fields, including sectors with high demand for workers, as well as often insufficiently adapted business sector strategies for increasing productivity and motivating employees. Undoubtedly, this is also due to various societal stereotypes about certain job positions and professions, and the fluctuation of the workforce, both within an industrial sector and between different industries.
📊 The research “Analysis of Trends, Challenges, and Barriers in the Employment Process” consists of two surveys, which aim to identify the challenges and stereotypes in the employment of young people, women, and people with disabilities, and consequently help employers in the process of a strategic approach to improving human resource policies.
🏆 Join the analysis and share your experiences and challenges, and be part of creating conditions for a more attractive business sector, strengthening the role of employers in creating productive work environments.
