(status: finansing phase)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Signal, the web and mobile application will ensure adequate inclusion in the public and health services of persons with disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, as well as prevent from marginalization and enable more efficient and effective treatment of the social groups in need.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It aims to be the bridge &#8211; the intermediate link between institutions and people from marginalized societal groups. The creation of this tool in the time of the COVID-19 virus pandemic will be of particular importance for meeting the needs of people with disabilities, but also for reducing their marginalization and creating an opportunity for positive approach to their basic needs. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, for the involved bodies and institutions, the realization of this project will be a positive example of social responsibility towards the citizens for which it is of particular interest to address stigmas and unfair treatment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SIGNAL!
