Promotion of 5 video products aimed at overcoming stereotypes by individuals entering the labor market is an activity within the project \"Increasing the attractiveness of the labor market through borderless professions.\"<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Within the project ‘Increasing the Attractiveness of the Labor Market through Professions without Borders’<\/strong>, led by the Association Equality<\/strong>, following the implementation of the activity – research ‘Analysis of Trends, Challenges, and Barriers in the Employment Process’<\/strong> <\/b>in the regions of<\/span> Skopje, Bitola, and Kavadarci<\/strong>, a video campaign consisting of 5 mini-video products was produced.<\/span> <\/p>

The five innovative and creative video products<\/strong> aim to increase the interest of the target groups, young people, women, and persons with disabilities<\/strong>, in the various professions in the labor market, which are approached stereotypically.<\/p>

\ud83d\udccc The campaign ‘Increasing the attractiveness of the labor market through borderless professions’ is supported by the Swiss project ‘Education for Employment (E4E)’, implemented by Helvetas.<\/p>

\ud83c\udf31 In her agrotourism space, everyone is welcome. She actively creates an environment where differences are respected, and opportunities are open \u2013 regardless of age, gender, or life story. <\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf40Despite the bad opinios, Nedelka never gave up on the path she was walking. Her story is inspiring for all those who face prejudices, doubts, and barriers, yet still choose to move forward. <\/p>

\u2642\ufe0f\u2640\ufe0f Meet Biljana and Ilija, part of the employees at KIEL who are a clear example that professions are not divided into male and female.<\/p>

\ud83d\udca1 Despite the stereotype that the industry is \u201cdifficult\u201d for women, Biljana did not let that influence her career choice. With perseverance, practical work, and continuous improvement, she built her skills and confidence, becoming a reliable and valued member of the team. Her story is proof that courage means believing in yourself \u2013 even when others doubt you. <\/p>

\ud83d\udd27 Ilija started as a young intern with a strong desire to learn and prove himself. Through responsibility, discipline, and ambition, he progressed step by step and today represents an important part of the team. His example shows that success is the result of effort, not prejudices. <\/p>

\ud83d\udc65 Although stereotypes still exist today that gender determines the quality of work and management, Jorde points out that we need to overcome these prejudices and that candidates should be evaluated based on their precision, ambition, and readiness for professional development. Because the assessment is based on qualities and skills! <\/p>

\ud83c\udf31 In addition to gender equality, it values the inclusion of young people and persons with disabilities, who bring great enthusiasm, greater innovation, and dedication to the work.<\/p>

\u2640\ufe0fMeet Sara Apostolovska, a developer at Symphony Digital, who with a clear stance and self-confidence is breaking the stereotypes about women in the IT sector.<\/p>

\ud83e\uddeeEven as a little girl, her predispositions toward mathematics, solving puzzles, and love for logical challenges guided her toward the path that today makes her successful in her profession. Despite stereotypical views that men are leaders in the IT industry, she did not allow herself to be discouraged, but continued to follow her path. <\/p>

\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udcbbIn addition to being a programmer, her work as a youth collaborator has helped her develop many other skills, such as communication, teamwork, and leadership – showing that success is not based solely on technical knowledge, but also on personal development.<\/p>
