administration and implementation (non-governmental organizations; commercial or government is an added advantage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in collecting and processing data and writing reports from the implementation of current projects of the Equality Association<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desire to work with the target groups &#8211; young and ambitious people from all over the country in the spirit of teamwork and togetherness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High communication culture and excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage and plan project activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Macedonian and Anglian language, knowledge of other communities&#8217; languages \u200b\u200bis an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in developing project applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of project management and implementation tools (Microsoft Office, ZOOM and similar tools for internet communication and project management)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a driver&#8217;s license will be considered an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/equality.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/equality_nov-clen-na-timot_1-1-scaled.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/equality.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/equality_nov-clen-na-timot_1-1-1024x643.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3643\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Work Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communication with the targeted groups \u2013 young people from the entire territory of the country, representatives from local self-government, central government and the business community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development and management of volunteer network engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logistical support during the implementation of the project activities of the Equality Association (public presentations, workshops, networking)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation of the projects of the Equality Association within the framework of project activities and external events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Involvement and cooperation with other people from the team, in charge of implementation, marketing, financial operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting in coordinating the implementation of the projects of the Equality Association<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance in collecting, processing data for project monitoring and evaluation, conducting analyses, as well as reporting through periodic reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiating cooperation with the parties involved within the projects of the Equality Association or potential partnerships and networks with external parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of travel orders, payments and similar administrative tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application<\/strong> &#8211;
